Registration and postal details
The historical static site published registration identifiers and a partial location. Those details are not repeated here until they are revalidated against the current legal registration and a complete publishable postal address is confirmed.
Hosting
The current public application runs as a server-rendered Next.js service rather than the former GitHub Pages static site. The precise contracting hosting entity and legal address must be confirmed from the active production hosting account before this notice is treated as final.
Intellectual property
Unless a separate licence states otherwise, the Speculynx name, website content, product presentation, software assets, graphics, and documentation are protected by applicable intellectual-property rules. Third-party components remain subject to their own licences.
Product scope
Speculynx provides API Security and AI Agent API Security analysis signals and structured outputs. A finding or heuristic is a condition to review, not proof of exploitation. A PASS does not establish that an API is secure, and full coverage only means the expected evaluation surface was assessed.
