Scope
These terms govern access to the Speculynx website, authenticated web application, CLI products, subscriptions, and separately purchased Agent Security products when offered through the service.

Terms
These terms restore the contractual scope that existed before the static-to-Next migration while updating it for accounts, subscriptions, Agent Security, and the authenticated SaaS.
Product boundaries
Speculynx provides API Security and AI Agent API Security analysis signals and structured outputs. Results do not guarantee absence of vulnerabilities, runtime security, regulatory compliance, exploitability, or fitness for a particular deployment. PASS does not mean that an API is secure. coverage=full only means the expected evaluation surface was assessed and can coexist with FAIL findings.
Authorized use
You may analyze only specifications, endpoints, systems, and other inputs that you are authorized to assess. You remain responsible for validating findings, protecting credentials, applying changes, and deciding whether a system is safe to deploy.
Prohibited use
You must not bypass entitlement or licensing controls, share or resell access contrary to the purchased plan, interfere with the service, abuse third-party systems, or use Speculynx in violation of applicable law or third-party rights.
Accounts and access
Authenticated services may require a user account. You are responsible for maintaining control of your account and credentials and for promptly reporting suspected unauthorized access. Speculynx may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect the service, users, or legal compliance.
Plans and entitlements
Available functionality depends on the plan and entitlement shown before purchase. The Pro subscription and separately purchased Agent Security products are distinct unless checkout explicitly states otherwise.
Pricing and payment
The authenticated checkout shows the applicable currency, total, taxes, billing cadence, and renewal terms before purchase. Payments are processed through Stripe. Speculynx does not require storage of complete payment-card details in the web application.
Subscriptions and cancellation
Where a recurring subscription is purchased, it renews according to the cadence displayed at checkout until cancelled. Cancellation affects future renewal and does not by itself create a right to a prorated refund for an already paid period, except where mandatory law provides otherwise.
Consumer withdrawal rights
Where mandatory consumer withdrawal rights apply, the applicable statutory period, any request for immediate performance, and any lawful loss or limitation of the withdrawal right for digital services or content must be presented before purchase. Mandatory consumer rights are not waived by these terms.
Availability and changes
Speculynx may receive fixes, security updates, maintenance, feature changes, or temporary interruptions. No service level is guaranteed unless a separate written agreement expressly provides one.
Intellectual property
Speculynx and associated site content, product assets, documentation, and software remain protected by applicable intellectual-property rules. A purchase grants only the access or usage rights expressly associated with the relevant product or licence.
Liability
You remain responsible for your systems, inputs, deployment decisions, interpretation of findings, and implementation of mitigations. To the extent permitted by law, Speculynx is not responsible for damage caused by unauthorized use, reliance on a result as a guarantee of security, or failures of third-party services. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Privacy
Personal-data processing connected with accounts, authentication, billing, support, synchronization, and security operations is described in the Privacy policy.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by applicable French law without depriving consumers of mandatory protections that apply to them. The parties should first seek an amicable resolution. Any legally required consumer-mediation information must be published before the service is represented as fully ready for French B2C contracting.
